Driver Licenses

You can usually renew your drivers license online.  There is a link at this bottom of this page which takes you to the State of Tennessee's web site.

The closest for issuing drivers licenses is at 725 Elkins Drive, Lebanon TN 37087.  The phone number is (615) 443-2757.  Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  This office is approximately 35 miles from Lafayette.

The next closest office for issuing drivers licenses is located at 855 N. Blue Jay Way, Gallatin, TN 37066.  This is off of U.S. 31-E, across from N. Harris Lane, about 0.6 miles south of the Wal-Mart store.  Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Another office is located at 4600 South Jefferson Avenue, Cookeville TN 38501.  Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  The phone number is (931) 528-5669.  This is approximately 60 miles from Lafayette.
